He established his architectural and construction office in Rafsanjan in 1991 and has been leading Koosha Sazeh Sadra with a commitment to innovation, quality, and engineering excellence
Mohammad Reza Balouchi
Company ShareholderDr. Mohammad Reza Balouchi is a civil engineer with advanced academic credentials, including master’s degrees in Structural Engineering and Construction Management, and a DBA. He has served in key leadership roles within the Engineering Organization of Kerman Province and Rafsanjan, and has managed numerous civil projects in both public and academic sectors. He currently leads the civil engineering group at the Department of Education in Rafsanjan and continues to contribute actively to professional and educational development in the field

Rasoul Jahromi Aliabad

Head of Lighting DesignEng. Fatemeh Shabani Khah holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Jiroft University and leads the lighting design department at Koosha Sazeh Sadra. With practical experience in architectural and landscape lighting projects, she has collaborated with major lighting companies such as Maazinour, Sheed, and Parto Derakhshan. She is highly skilled in Dialux, AutoCAD Electrical, and comprehensive Revit (structure, architecture, MEP). Her professional training includes certifications in lighting fundamentals and advanced Revit from institutions like Dialux Germany and Autodesk Academy
Abdollah Pasha Zanousi
Head of Software DivisionEng. Abdollah Pasha Zanousi holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Vali-Asr University and an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. He leads the software division at Koosha Sazeh Sadra and is also the Technical Manager at Arkan Omran Taab Sanjesh Lab. With a strong background in structural concrete design and laboratory practices, he teaches ETABS, SAP, SAFE, and concrete structure execution. He is skilled in Revit MAP, ETABS, SAFE, and Microsoft Office, and has completed advanced training in steel and concrete construction as well as space structures
Ali Mohammadkhani
Head of Civil Software DivisionEng. Ali Mohammadkhani holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and is a Grade 1 licensed structural designer and supervisor. As the head of the civil software department, he has extensive experience in the design and analysis of industrial steel halls, reinforced concrete buildings, and various structural systems, completing calculations for over 15,000 m² annually since 1998. He is a member of the Engineering Organization’s Control Group and is proficient in Revit MAP, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, SAP, and Soleh Pardaz (steel hall design software)

Lead Mechanical Systems EngineerEng. Maryam Momeninejad holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a professional license in design. She specializes in architectural planning, interior design, facades, and landscape design with a sustainability approach. With strong command of AutoCAD and Revit MAP, she is also familiar with international standards such as Eurocodes, AISC, and ACI, alongside Iran’s National Building Regulations.
